Among the medical specialties and the list of telemedicine medical services, as well as the conditions of organization, operation and modalities of providing these services, legislated at the proposal of the Ministry of Health on 14 September 2022 by the draft Decision for the approval of the methodological rules for the implementation of the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 196/2020 for the amendment and completion of the Law no. 95/2006 on health care reform. Include teleradiology services, which consist of the electronic transmission of radiological images and the interpretation of the radiological images provided by radiology-medical imaging specialists in order to establish a diagnosis.
